Time doesn’t heal grief, and action does. Getting through grief to relief is about making a series of specific choices one practical step at a time. We meet weekly for 10-12 weeks, 1-2 hours/week on Zoom, learning the Grief Recovery Method®.

To let go of emotional baggage, you arrive at a point where you are stuck or sick a tired of going in circles, thinking you’ve found a new path away from what’s giving you grief and – TADA – you recognize you are back on the “been there, done that” trail.

You are ready to try a new path, and take new steps (specific actions & choices) to resolve the grief and let it go.
