Welcome to the beginning of your journey to Grief Recovery.
You have begun your journey to learn how to get from grief to relief in 7 weeks. The skills you develop are lifelong and available to you to address old and new losses experienced over a lifetime.
Groups will meet for two hours each Monday 6pm to 8pm Pacific via zoom. Before each week’s class you will have some reading to do, along with a writing exercise that asks you to note down your reflections on what you’ve read.
Once you have registered, using your coupon code, you will receive an email detailing the specifics about how to login into the meeting each week, and homework due the night of our first class.
