Welcome to the beginning of your journey to Grief Recovery.
You have begun your journey to learn how to get from grief to relief in 7 weeks. The skills you develop are lifelong and available to you to address old and new losses experienced over a lifetime.
Groups will meet for two hours each week 4pm to 6pm Pacific via zoom. Before each week’s class you will have some reading to do, along with an exercise that asks you to note down your reflections based on what you’ve read.
Once you have registered with the coupon code, you will receive an email detailing the specifics about how to login into the meeting each week.
